What is the expected time commitment for volunteers?
Time commitments vary by role and event. Mentoring opportunities require between 1-2 hours per week. We offer flexible scheduling to fit different availability.
Do I need specific training before I start?
Yes, if working with under 18's, we will require you to be DBS checked for Safeguarding reasons. You'll also receive training in the Fundamentals of Mentoring if signing up as a Mentor or to be mentored.
Who can apply to volunteer with the Foundation?
We welcome applications from anyone aged 18 and over who shares our values of faith, service, and community transformation. No prior experience is required.
